The Dizzywood homepage has been updated!

So I decided I would visit the DW website again to see if anything changed. Well, the whole site has been changed and the SB people are gone. And it even says they hope to bring back Dizzywood! Not all hope is lost!

Sorry, I haven’t posted in a long time! I’ve kinda moved on from Dizzywood, usually I’m just on ourWorld and the ourWorld Forums. If anyone wants to add me (if they haven’t already), my username is Empress. This doesn’t mean I don’t miss Dizzywood anymore, nor does it mean I’ve forgotten about you guys, so don’t worry. I’ll try to talk to all of you more! You’re all still my biffles <3

Oh gosh I had another dream that Dizzywood came back.

But this time, Dizzywood was very different.

Instead of being simply Dizzywood, it was changed to “dwMMO”. The homepage turned completely purple and the art turned into 3D. And the game was full screen. And people didn’t have to register to play, they could try it out as a guest (like ourWorld). Guests were called “baker3″. In my dream I was dreaming (o_o) and I woke up (o_o). So then I went to play.dizzywood.com to check if I was still dreaming in my dream, and it was real. And in my dream, kka created a forum for discussing dwMMO. o__o

Oh yeah, and there were new missions called The Last Call and Presto Needs a Partner. O_______________________O

And instead of advertising themselves as a kids game, they called themselves a teenagers game. And the no dating rule was removed. O_O

Oh, and the chat was very messed up. Whenever you said something only the first word showed up in your speech bubble and the full text was only in the chat log thingy.

Fantasy’s Internet Life Story

Everyone has one, right? Here’s mine.

It all began with Neopets in 2005.

Even though I don’t play that much anymore, I wouldn’t know any of you if I never knew about that. No, that’s not how I found Dizzywood. It just has a small connection, because…

IT’S HOW I FOUND OUT I LOVE ONLINE GAMES! O:

Fast forward to winter 2009. Yes, 4 years. Between 2005 and 2009 was some real boring times. Actually, I can’t even remember most of it.

I was getting booooorrrrreeeeddddd of Neopets. So I looked around for some new games, that weren’t virtual pet sites (Actually, I signed up for a bunch of virtual pet sites, but I didn’t like any of them, except Powerpets which got boring). I finally found one I liked, called AdventureQuest. It’s actually just a boring fighting game with simple graphics. But I didn’t mind at that time.

So two months later, I found EpicDuel (yet another fighting game), which would be my next addiction. It was really laggy and it confused me. So I left and went back to playing AdventureQuest.

Three months later, I got bored of AdventureQuest. I saw more of EpicDuel so I was like, hey maybe I should try that out again! So I did. And this time I wasn’t confused.

And another two months later, I met a girl. One day she randomly said “let’s play fantage”. So I asked her what that was, and she told me. So I joined Fantage. I got addicted, of course. So one day, I searched “fantage guide” on Google, and found blissswirl’s blog. I saw posts about Dizzywood, so I joined that. I quit for two weeks, and randomly came back. So I decided to do missions, and the first one I did was one about a rock bogie, I think. I had to go to Skytown. So I went to Presto’s Edge (on Giggly…bad mistake) and asked how to get Zap to go to Skytown. They called me a noob. How helpful.

One day, I search “dizzywood blog” on Google. I found this blog I saw a post about a meeting, so I commented saying something along the lines of “I’m coming even though I don’t know any of you!” Wow, how stalkerish xD And I submitted an outfit to the fashion page. That was the last anyone heard from me for a while.

But I was actually reading the new posts all that time. Then Vinathi made Dizzians and I joined. So there was a club meeting. I went, but I embarrassed myself a lot that day, lol. The first time I actually met any of you on Dizzywood :’D

I disappeared again and went back to Fantage. And that’s when I found out the terrible news. Dizzywood was closing.

I didn’t even find out on Dizzywood’s site, or a Dizzywood blog. I found out on blissswirl’s blog. She made a post about it.

I went on everyday since I heard they were going to close.

I heard rumors that Dizzywood is coming back on December 30, this year.

I highly doubt it’s true. But I wish it were, even if I had to wait 9 months.

And if this isn’t true, stop making people upset, by telling them something is going to happen and then having them find out it’s not true.

Because that’s not cool.
